Cancellation Policy

You must give us 72 hours (3 days) notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. No show clients or clients who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged 50% of the service on original payment method and the deposit will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to emergencies please give us 48 hours notice by giving us a Call or a Text. No shows, no calls will be charged 50% of service on original payment method.

*Please be courteous and be on time to your appointment, give yourself extra travel time so you’re not late. More than 15 minutes To your appointment, fee may be applied to the treatment cost.
